These are my two dragons, Tenshiri the Good-luck Dragon and Oniri, the Bad-luck dragon. Together, they balance what we call "luck" in our world. If one was not there to alter the balance, then the other will have greater control with what will happen in our lives. Too much good luck can lead to greediness and grandiose while too much bad luck can lead to the worse things such as death and severe loss.
Some of the elements you can find around Tenshiri represents good luck in the Western world such as his clover tail, the horse shoes and the number 7 imprinted on his crytsal ball.
Some of the elements you can find around Oniri represents bad luck in the Western world such as his horns as the ladder curse when you walk under it, a broken mirror, a black cat and his tail is a crack that gives you bad luck when you stand on it on a pavement.

Saw this before, wanted to see if I could find it again. This is really amazing, love the idea, and the fact you've used all the signs for Luck, horse shoes, four leaf cloves etc. And the ideas of Bad Luck, broken mirrors, black cats, etc.
I had to look at it again because I thought this was professional art from an anime!
I love the detail, and color blending.
I am going to have to officially start watching you now.
Gero-Girl clicks on!

Honestly, a really lovely and well made piece ='3
How long did this actually take you? Lol.
I forgot how long it took me. It was a few years ago now when I drew it.
