I hardly use my coloured pencils, but I figured I should since they sit there and stare at me. I hardly draw animals, so I apologise for any potential flaws.
I'm still in awe with the game Okami. It's just an entire art masterpiece in itself, but presented in a game. This is Amaterasu, the main character you play (which is a wolf). She is also the sun god with celestial brushes that control the very substances and elements in life, amongst the help of the Zodiac gods. When she runs, flowers erupt as her paws hit the ground. When she jumps, Autumn leaves burst from her thrust. When she swims, lily pads erupt from every stroke she takes. When she lands, flowers and plants erupt from her impact.
If you own a Nintendo Wii, or a PS2, I recommend you get this amazing game.

Ammy! I love the blending with the reds, yellows, and oranges and the shading in her fur. :3 Now all they need to do is make Okami into an anime! XD That'd be awesome! And also, did you notice they made Issun a little less... Issun-ish in Okamiden? He's more mature and polite. :/
But we would all come to the same conclusion: Beautiful.
Picture was done amazingly! I love the texture the colored pencils gave!
